Generation of A MO Status Report

为解决MO业务计费及使源网关获知SP对转发的MO消息的接收状态，现要求网关处理流程如下图所示:
The required gateway processing flow is illustrated below so as to address the MO service billing problem and to inform the source gateway of SP’s receiving status of a forwarded MO message:

1. 用户提交短信到SMSC；
The user submits a message to SMSC;

2. SMSC给用户返回提交短信的应答，让用户知道短信发送成功与否，如果该处失败，则SMSC不再进行下述的流程；
SMSC returns to the user a response to the message submitted to inform the user if the message has been sent successfully or not. If the process at this part fails, SMSC will not carry out the following flows;

3. SMSC通过SMPP消息DELIVER_SM把短信发送给ISMG1；
SMSC delivers the message to ISMG1 via a SMPP message DELIVER_SM;

4. ISMG1以DELIVER_SM_RESP消息应答给SMSC；
ISMG1 responds to SMSC with the message DELIVER_SM_RESP;

5. ISMG1根据用户发送的短消息中目的SP服务代码查询路由后转发给ISMG2；
ISMG1 inquires the route according to the destination SP service code in the message submitted by the user, and forwards it to ISMG2;

6. ISMG2发送CMPP_FWD_RESP消息应答；
ISMG2 sends a CMPP_FWD_RESP message for response;

7. SP对 ISMG2将用户的短信提交给SP；
ISMG 2 submits the message from the user to SP;

8. ISMG2发送提交应答；
ISMG delivers a submission response;

9. 为保证ISMG1获知SP的接收情况，此时ISMG2应产生一个状态报告转发给ISMG1；
To ensure that ISMG1 is informed of the SP receiving status, ISMG2 shall generate a status report and forward it to ISMG1;

10. ISMG1收到此状态报告后发送转发应答响应；
ISMG1 returns a forwarding response after it receives the status report.

目的网关用于向源网关通知SP接收情况的状态报告时，CMPP_FWD消息中Msg_Fwd_Type值为3，表示MO的状态报告，信息内容字段（Msg_Content）格式定义如下:
